"Praenergy" is a waste plastic thermal decomposition gasification system that allows for the arbitrary setting, maintenance, and measurement of the necessary temperature within the waste plastic thermal chamber. Due to its structure that does not combust waste plastic inside the thermal decomposition chamber (kiln), oxygen is not supplied from outside into the kiln. Additionally, even when hydrochloric acid gas is generated from waste plastics containing chlorides (PVC, PVDC), it can efficiently react with quicklime inside the rotary kiln, allowing for the production of de-icing agents (calcium chloride).
